Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We are unable to fulfil the order for any reason.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.

3D Printing Disclaimer

3D printing involves variables outside our control, including printer condition, calibration, slicer settings, environmental conditions, print design, print orientation, and filament storage.

Gravik does not guarantee print outcomes, print quality, dimensional accuracy of printed parts, layer adhesion, strength, surface finish, or compatibility with every printer, print profile, or application.

Individual printing results may vary.

Filament Storage and Handling

Many filament materials absorb moisture from the atmosphere over time.

Filament performance may be affected by:

Moisture absorption;
Storage conditions;
Printer settings;
Environmental conditions; and
Handling after delivery.

Customers are responsible for storing filament appropriately and following recommended drying procedures where required.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravik's liability is limited to:

Replacing the product;
Repairing the product;
Supplying an equivalent product; or
Refunding the purchase price.

Gravik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
